SIESTA HOMES has implemented a digital ethics channel that both employees and third parties can use to report any suspected breaches of the company’s code of conduct or other irregularities. The procedure guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the informant. If desired, communications can be submitted anonymously.

To ensure transparency, all communications received are initially managed by an external provider.
