Enjoy the promenade

You don't have to go to the mountains to have a beautiful walk in nature. Marbella now boasts almost ten kilometers of promenade. You can walk till you break a sweat.

If you don't like to walk, you may ride your bike down the promenade. You don't have to be an excellent cyclist. It's about getting out and about in Marbella while enjoying the pleasant sea wind. If you feel like you need a break, you may rest on one of the numerous terraces you'll come across during the ride.

Shopping

Marbella is the most glamorous spot on the Costa del Sol, therefore when it comes to shopping, the Costa del Sol's capital is a must-see on every itinerary, both for the quality and range of its offerings. Marbella has three main retail areas. The old town is arguably the most picturesque site. On the other side lies Puerto Banús, one of the greatest shopping centres in the area, with designer stores arranged around a harbour created in the purest Mediterranean style. Finally, there is La Cañada, a contemporary shopping centre in the northern section of town. It is one of the largest in Andalusia and was named Best Shopping Centre in Spain in 2003.

Gastronomy

This city's gastronomic offerings are so diverse that we recommend you try a new restaurant and a new dish every day. You must eat at one of the eateries in the historic district. On beautiful winter days, you may relax on the seaside terraces and classic beach bars. At night, it's great to get lost in the lovely Plaza de los Naranjos in the Old Town, where you can go tapas hopping in hundreds of centuries-old establishments. Puerto Banús also has a nice range of eateries that you could visit.

Where to live:

Of course, you will also need a place to stay during your winter visits to Marbella. A nice property to invest in would be Oakhill Heights. The property is a redevelopment and consists of unique semi-detached villas located in a luxury Boutique Resort in Monte Elviria. You can choose the number of bedrooms, 3 or 4. We also provide the unique opportunity to customize each property with several options and subsequently deliver the keys to the completed property within just 6 months, much less than the usual delivery time for a typical off-plan home.
